To request money back under the guarantee, the customers must first cancel the service in their client area and then open a support ticket within the first 30 days of starting the service.
You also agree that any additional service bundled with or added-on to the service that is canceled will be forfeited at the point of cancellation.
If a domain name was bundled free of charge with the package, the customer will be liable to pay the full annual cost of the domain. The domain will be charged per our domain price list. The cost will be deducted from any refund given.
Refund payments may take up to 7 working days to be processed. Refunds will only be paid to the original method that was used.
